Double Dream Hands!

Pause the playlist and watch...hilarious!
Just when I thought I was numb from exhaustion, Matt showed me this glorious video!  Miraculously, I was able to wrap just a few more gifts (with a few dream hands and jazz hands as a bonus).  I hope this gives you a little extra push to be Merry and Bright! =)

Party, Party, and Party Some More!

This week, the Gaymons have enjoyed party after party.  We started out the week with our small group Christmas party Sunday evening.  We had a great time complete with several tacky sweaters!

Then, on Wednesday, the girls and I had some of my sweet highschool friends and their kids over for an ornament exchange/playdate/potluck lunch.  It was such a great time, and it was hilarious that almost all of us bought or made initial ornaments.  Great minds think alike!

Thursday night, we had our playgroup friends over for potluck dinner and some more play!  We haven't played with our playgroup in a while, and it was so great to catch up.

Today, Maggie and I capped off our week with a Gingerbread House Making party!  Whew!  It was such a fantastic week!  Now, tomorrow, we will probably stay in our pjs all morning and watch movies.  We need to recover, for sure.

This is such a fabulous time of year!!

Magical Moments

Maggie has been telling everyone today that her Mimi and Papa took her to see the Princesses yesterday....they went to see Disney Princesses on Ice.  She loved it! I don't think she is going to recover from her excitement for a while.

Pause the playlist, and wait for Maggie's expressions...

So cute!

What 3-year-old wouldn't love this kind of production?!

The perfect nutritional snack....only grandparents get to do this kind of spoiling!

Princess Maggie...the fairest of them all!

Thank you, Mimi and Papa!  Maggie felt so special from her big afternoon with the Princesses!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

Some of the wonderful things we have been doing this Christmas Season:

Decorating our new home...yay!

I am officially calling this our home!

Kerri Grace LOVES this nativity.

Having fun at an Ornament Making party!

Rudolph must look just right.
KG wasn't too interested in the crafts.

Recovering from festivities with some laid back play time in our "jammers."

Coloring time
What have we here?!
I love that Kerri Grace is stepping into her strand of pink beads.

Celebrating at another fun Christmas party with "Mama O."

Maggie, Mimi, and Mama O looking pretty in Christmas attire.

Red Velvet is so yummy!

Santa Sighting!!

Maggie is my social butterfly...I am so glad she can flit from one party to another with her mommy.

I can't believe this is only the first of the month!  There is so much more celebrating!  Bring it on!

"Campbell is my best friend!"

Maggie said this several times after having our best friends over for a playdate.  I was so excited!  Then I started thinking that she very well could be saying that because I have encouraged her to think of Campbell as her best friend (and when I say "encouraged", I mean I point blank said "Campbell is your best friend.")  Should I feel guilty about that?  As of right now, I am enjoying every minute of it, and I am simply loving the fact that my plan is working out so beautifully.  Do you think this same brainwashing method will work with boyfriends when she is a teenager?
