So Many Thanks and Only One Thanksgiving!

The Football Players

This year, our family spent Thanksgiving Day with my side of the family. We went to Grandma Oliver's, ate way too much food, enjoyed time together, and, of course, had the Oliver Turkey Bowl! Fun times were had by all.

Taylor came with Bradley, and that was extra fun to have her with us. We did, however, miss having the Taskers and Brittaney and Andrew. Maybe next year we will have everyone for Christmas!

We all missed Papa being there, but we are very thankful for his life. I do wonder if he can peek in on us from Heaven. If he can, then he is for sure telling everybody (in his oh so soft voice) that they did a good job. We love you, Papa!

We have so, so many blessings, and I am trying to make it a point to thank the Lord for them daily. He is so very good to us!

Saturday Morning Workout!

Maggie helping Mommy with her push-ups!
This is a good place to take a rest and just watch.

Maggie and I got our workout on this morning. It is so funny how intrigued by "The Firm" Maggie is. She may grow up to be the next Richard Simmons (except not as weird). So proud that my baby wants to be in good shape!

Fall Fun!

Disclaimer: Maggie is in between sizes, and I am aware that these pants are too big. I need to give them a good wash and dry. She still makes them cute!

Count Down Clock = 8+ weeks!

Delicious cake...yummy!
The cute couple

About 4 1/2 years ago, I married Matt. Two of the many blessings I got on that day were my two sweet Sister-in-laws, Kerri and Kimberly. It has been so fun becoming friends with them and to also be able to call them family. Well, the count down is getting smaller until the day that I get a third very special sister-in-law. Maggie is super excited that she will have three fun aunts to love and spend time with! We can't wait until Taylor is officially a part of the Oliver family!

In 8+ weeks, Bradley and Taylor will be getting married! Yay! Matt, Maggie, and I are all very excited for Bradley, for Taylor, and for us! On Saturday, we hosted a shower for Bradley and Taylor at our house. It was so much fun to meet some of Bradley and Taylor's friends from church, and to celebrate all that is in store for them as a couple! We are so very blessed!
