I Love My Daddy!

I will post pictures from our Christmas celebration soon. For now, I just had to put this picture on here. Isn't it so sweet?! I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday and took time to give thanks for the greatest gift. Praise God for the Gift of His Son!

Cute as a Button!

Yes, I know that I am biased. But, you have to admit...she is one cute baby! She has been extra cute these past few mornings. Maggie has been sleeping 7 pm to 6 or 6:30 am. Then, last night, she slept 7 to 7! Whooohoooo! Now, I know that this may not last, but she is getting to be such a big girl. I'm so proud of her!

Tell Me How You Really Feel

Maggie is definitely starting to show her feminine side. She has a rainbow of emotions, and she can show them all in a short time frame. I love that about her. She is so transparent. In these pictures she goes from spreading holiday cheer to being completely done with it. That's my little Christmas angel!

Mimi's Birthday Luncheon

Maggie went to Mimi's birthday luncheon today. She was excited to meet all of Mimi's friends. She wore the Christmas shirt that Mrs. Stephenson (who is also a Mimi) made her. She almost stole the spotlight from the birthday girl.

Commenting Problem Fixed!

I have heard a few people say that they have been unable to comment on our blog. I think I have fixed the problem. Please try again....especially those of you who found similarities between my picture and Maggies. =)

Who Do I Look Like?

I would love to hear some thoughts on this one....who does Maggie look like? Most people say she looks just like Matt or one of her grandmas. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I set out to find some baby pictures that might show some proof that she is indeed my daughter. Granted, Maggie does not look just like my baby picture, but if you take a minute to imagine my face without all of the double (or triple) chins, there might be a small resemblance. My opinion is that she is the absolute perfect blend of both of us. What do you think? Matt's picture is at the bottom, Maggie in the middle, and my picture is at the top. Comment as you feel led.

I Love My Bumbo Seat!

Maggie is loving her bumbo seat. She still resembles a bobble head doll when she sits in it, but it doesn't seem to bother her. I guess she has gotten a little tired of laying on her back and looking around. Now, she can see a whole new World!

We Are Still Thankful!

Maggie's Aunt Kimberly got to Macon just in time to help with Maggie's bath. Maggie was relieved that she got to see her before bedtime. The rest of the family was excited to see Kim, too. It had been too long.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! We have had a great day. This Thanksgiving, we celebrated with Nana Sue and Gramphal in Macon, GA. Aunt Kerri was there, too. Maggie traveled really well, and had a great time with her grandparents and aunt. We all ate way too much turkey, and, of course, ate up all of Maggie's sugar bowl. We are so thankful for all of God's rich blessings on our family.

Lazy Sunday Afternoon

Bedtime Prayers

My Little Pumpkin

This morning, Maggie was all ready for church in her fall pumpkin dress Mimi made her. She looked so adorable that I had to take her picture. Then, we were off to church. She was very content during praise and worship, and then she got tired. She fussed a little bit so I sat with her out in the foyer. I guess the time has come to check out the nursery.

Cuddly Cutie

Maggie is the most cuddly person....until she gets sleepy. Then, she knows that the cuddling will lead to sleep and that will never do. It is still up for debate whether or not she will be like her mom and embrace snuggling from the start or if she will have to learn to love it like her dad. For now, she has no choice but to endure the many kisses, hugs, pats, rubs, and cuddles.
