Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch!

Last week, Papa put in a special request to take Maggie to the Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch this past Saturday. Maggie didn't even know how excited she should be. Matt and I were glad that she was going to experience something special with her grandparents. We were also pretty pumped about the idea of having a Saturday afternoon to do whatever and get caught up on things. So, about 12:00 on Saturday, Papa, Mimi, and Maggie set out for a lunch outing and a trip to the orchard.

They reported that the weather was a bit chilly so they didn't stay too, too long, but despite the temperature, they had a good afternoon. Maggie LOVES being outside, and she thoroughly enjoyed exploring while she was there. She wasn't thrilled about the apple cider....oh well, maybe next year.
