Well, take an old recipe, pour some Mt. Dew on it and voila - it's the best thing I've ever tasted! :) On a serious note, I'll email you some recipes on Sunday. We can talk about it over Mexican.
I just made a crockpot pork roast that was a hit. I am not good at measuring, more of taste and guess kind of cook. First I covered pork in salt, pepper, and flour and browned the sides for about 5 min each. Then basically it was onions, chicken broth, salt, pepper, red wine in the crockpot with the pork. I added carrots, potatoes, celery later in the day. Cooked on high for 2 hours, then turned down to low. House smelled fantastic and husband was full.
Planning on using the leftover pork mixed with taco sauce as one of our fillings for tonights taco night. Using whole wheat wraps, beans(in the crockpot now) and other fillings. My kids will like tonights meal better. I ate so much Mexican when they were in my belly, that it is their favorite now.
