My Little Hostess

Last night, we had our friends, the Howells, over for dinner. Maggie could not have been more excited to have her friends, Millie and JP, over. She was so cute setting the kids' table. She did a great job, and then she decided to make place cards....too cute! Here is her creation:

After laboring over her table decor, she had to set up the nativity.

I feel like Maggie is learning how important it is to be inviting to our friends. Not only that, but I witnessed how much she pays attention to the details! I was so pleased to see that. I pray that she is experiencing how much value there is in being a warm hostess, and how the reward of good company is well worth the work that goes into having people in your home. We had a super fun night!!
