Yesterday, if you wore a college or professional football t-shirt, you could get free chicken strips at chic-fil-a (Thanks for the heads-up, Carri!). So, Mommy, Daddy, Mimi, Papa, and, of course, Maggie, sported our Samford and Davidson shirts (since we only support the well-known, higher ranked teams =)), and we ate a wonderfully cheap meal at Chic-fil-a last night. I love having fun and saving money!
Maggie's dinner was sponsered by Dr. and Mrs. Gresham since they gave her the cute Samford shirt a while ago. So, thank you, Greshams! It was fun to see the difference in how Maggie looked in her Samford shirt from the first time I put it on her (when she was five months old) compared to now. My how time flies!

Go Samford Bulldogs!

Samford! I think a friend of mine who went there knows you! She said yall were in the same sorority (we found this out while discussing the Gaymon/Dalgety wedding of the year)? Anyways, her name is Kelly, I'm pretty sure her maiden name was Shettler. Ring a bell?
Maggie of course, looks precious in her Samford shirt, no surprise there!

She and her husband are members at my parents church. After John and I got married, we joined a "sister baptist church" (as they say down here ;)) but we're still very active there too. I babysit her two adorable little boys! Such a small world!
I never know the proper etiquette when it comes to comment conversations. Should I have left this under your comment on my blog, or here under my comment on your blog? Hahaha, guess it doesn't matter. Hope yall have had a great summer, can't believe Maggie is almost ONE!
