It's an Abscess!

I guess that is an unusual title for a blog post, but when the two options are tumor or abscess, that is definitely the better of the two! Mr. Gaymon has an abscess that he will receive antibiotics for, and he will have an operation to remove it. The infection apparently developed in the sinus area due to a hole that was not corrected when he had a major accident 15 years ago. So, they are also going to correct that hole when they are operating. The operation will probably be the beginning of next week. I will post the exact day and time so that you can be praying for him. I am pretty sure the surgery is fairly involved, but we trust the Lord to use the surgeons to bring about complete healing and restoration. Pray for that with us! Many thanks you all!

We are so blessed to have both of the Gaymon's in our Sunday School class and have been praying fervently for them as they travel along this journey. So glad to hear it is treatable. Tonight, as last Monday, our class will be praying collectively at 9:30 p.m.
Our love to them both.
